The Road to Salvation:

But God commendeth his love toward us in that, while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

Some people have called the book of Romans, ‘The Roman Road to Salvation’.

It is a detailed ‘map’ of how to be saved from sin and death, and how to live in and through Christ Jesus.

It tells us that through one man, we all were stained with sin: Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: Romans 5:12

And, through one man we have the gift of the grace of God –salvation: … For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. Romans 5:15

This grace of God is enormous! It is the gift of life to those who were dead: For the wages of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23

God’s perfect love is the grace we all need!

Thank You, God, for the gifts of grace, love, mercy, and forgiveness. You are worthy of praise and glory and honor! I thank You for all that You’ve accomplished in my life. How poor and wretched, lost in sin I  was, until You saved me by Your Grace–through Jesus. Thank You for this wonderful plan. Just as You created the heaven and the earth, You created a way for us to be saved from sin,– a well organized, wonderful plan. You allowed Jesus to die for our sins, and then raised Him from the grave, giving Him power over even death, and the great ability to forgive our enormous sins! Thank You!
