And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature, He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick; and they shall recover.
…And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following, Amen. Mark 16:15-18,20
“He that believes and is baptized will be saved, he that doesn’t believe will be damned.”
God is a God of love, but He is a jealous God, and He is a just God.
When His power is displayed in us, we are able to do amazing things! We have God’s power in us to pray for the sick, and see them made well. We have God’s power of life within us! That power is strong enough to cast out demons in Jesus’s name!
Those early disciples went forth and preached everywhere with boldness! Signs followed them, and many people were converted to faith in Christ!
Dear Jesus, help me to go forth boldly proclaiming the gospel to everyone! I pray for Your power within me to display Your glory to all! Teach me Your ways, and help me to live for You daily! Thank You God! In Jesus’s precious name. Amen.
