Praise the Lord!

Majestic

BEHOLD, bless ye the LORD, all ye servants of the LORD, which by night stand in the house of the LORD. Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the LORD. The LORD that made heaven and earth bless thee out of Zion. Psalms 134 KJV

Christmas lives on and the gift remains!

I praise the Lord, and am so thankful for His wonderful plan of salvation that was fulfilled through the unselfish acts of Jesus Christ.

It is so amazing how God fulfilled His plan! Just ordinary people, ordinary circumstances, an ordinary day– all became extraordinary to fulfill God’s purpose. Amazing grace is what it is!

It is a helpful reminder that New Year’s falls shortly after Christmas. Just as we are reminded of the birth of our wonderful Savior during Christmas, we are reminded of the new life we can have in Christ when a new year ushers in anticipation for new things.

I cannot even fully explain this miracle that God did by sending Jesus to earth. Only a person who has been rescued by Christ can begin to understand the greatest gift a heart can hold. Dead in sins, alive in Christ!

Oh God, I praise You this morning for all Your wonderful works! You are so amazing and wonderful. Your ways are higher than our ways, and You have accomplished what is impossible with man. Your love is so amazing! I honor You! Amen.

  1. Hi, Dawn, hope you had a wonderful Christmas. Ours was spent with family and was peaceful and quiet (kids and grandkids in other states). Will get to talk fo some of my grandkids tonight. Please keep Beautiful Life With Cancer in your prayers today. She is in a lot of pain.

    • Happy New Year AletaKay! Our Christmas was peaceful and quiet too. It went so fast! Our son is seventeen. We watched Christmas movies, We re-gifted old presents for him, as we paid for training for him to go to welding school, but still wanted him to have presents to open. I gave him some of his favorite snacks wrapped up. My husband printed out muscle car pictures and taped old keys to them. We read the Christmas Story, and are planning a vacation to Hawaii. That should be fun. Today, my husband’s parents are visiting. Thanks for letting me know about Caroline. She is in my thoughts and prayers! http://beautifullifewithcancer.com/2014/12/27/nauseous-beauty/
